How do I consume my Seamoss?
Seamoss is most commonly taken in gel form, it can be added to smoothies, stirred into teas, coffees, soups, sauces or meals. Other common method of use are, mixing it into porridges or spreading it lightly across toast as a healthier substitute for jam.
Additionally, mothers have found that it is a great addition when incorporated in small doses into baby foods such as apple sauce and pureed vegetables due to its texture and consistency.

The recommended serving is 1-2 tablespoons of Seamoss gel a day or 1 Seamoss smoothie a day.
Seamoss can be refrigerated in gel form for up to 1-2 weeks, however we advise you constantly inspect before consumption as all of our products are 100% natural and therefore do not consist of any preservatives. Seamoss smoothies however must be consumed within 24 hours of opening and 2 days after arrival. assuming it's been kept refrigerated. Keep refrigerated at 4°c.
